Bert Rindner – Managing Member of BMR Management, LLC

With over three decades of hands-on experience in property management, construction management and value-add leasing consultation and strategy development, Bert has worked with countless single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. He always puts his clients’ interests first and is never too busy to help.

Bert is a member of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association. He has worked alongside Maryland’s VA housing program and Health Care for the Homeless to provide housing for underserved groups.

Office Staff

Our office staff has extensive experience working with owners, investors, contractors and tenants. They work with caseworkers and social services staff to assist tenants with special needs and provide tenants with solutions to questions ranging from “how do I turn on my utilities?” to “where can I get assistance for food?”

Lakeshia Ellis, Office Manager, coordinates communication between owners, tenants and contractors. She also coordinates office staff training and manages contractor policy information. Lakeshia has more than ten years of customer service experience and treats all clients with kindness and respect.

Christianna Taylor, Leasing Specialist and Program/Tenant Coordinator, matches tenants with housing that meets their needs and acts a liaison between governmental agencies, private programs and prospective tenants to ensure a smooth leasing process. Chris has long-term experience and training in “best-fit” practices.

Our office staff is continually training with the latest software and continuing education classes to stay on top of best practices in the industry and provide the highest quality of service to customers and partners.
